I did not write the following, but I did make changes to it. I think it’s helpful and I endorse it. There is more to spirituality than prayer and Bible-study. Try the following to bring you closer to God and improve your quality of life.
There is an Eternal, Ever-Present One beyond all forms of life that are
subject to birth and death. Many people use the word God to describe Him; I call
Him Father. His actual name is YHVH but “Being” is a good name. He is the
Eternal, Ever-Present “I AM”. It is impossible to reduce the Infinite Invisible to
a finite entity. It is impossible to form an accurate mental image of Him. No one
person can claim exclusive possession of His Being. HE IS YOUR PRESENCE,
BECAUSE YOUR TRUE ESSENCE IS OUT OF HIS SUBSTANCE. Yahweh
God is omni-present. He is everywhere, and as a wave of water is one with the
ocean and a single spark is one with the raging fire, you, being His offspring, are
One with Him. He/YHVH/Being is immediately accessible to you as the feeling
of your own Presence.
YHVH (Being) is not only beyond but also deep within every white person
as his or her innermost invisible and indestructible essence. This means that
YHVH/Being is accessible to you now as your own deepest self, your true
spiritual nature. But don’t seek to grasp Him with your mind or brain (Carnal
Flesh Mind). Don’t try to understand Him. You can know YHVH, ONLY when
the mind is still. When you are Present, when your attention is fully and
intensely in the Now, Being can be felt, but He can never be understood
mentally. “Be STILL and know that I am YHVH” (Psalm 46:10).
You (your spirit) was with YHVH in the beginning. He created you OUT
OF Himself. “YaHVeH is Spirit, and those who worship Him must do so in
SPIRIT and in truth” (John 4:24). To regain awareness of Being and to abide in
that state of “feeling-realization” is true enlightenment. “…the true Light, which
doth enlighten every man, coming into the world” (John 1:9). The word
enlightenment conjures up the idea of some superhuman accomplishment, and
the Carnal Mind likes to keep it that way, but it is simply your natural state of
felt oneness with Being/Yahweh/God. It is a state of connectedness with
something (someone) immeasurable and indestructible, something that is
essentially you but yet is much greater than you. Christ said, “I and my Father
are One”. He also said, “The Father is greater than I”. Being in the present
moment with the Father is finding your true nature beyond physical name and
Christ speaking to his followers: “…you will realize that I am in my Father,
and you are in me, and I am in you…” (John 14:20).
Christ speaking to Father Yahweh – “And the glory which You gave me I have
given them; that they may be one, even as we are one”; And, “…I in them, and
You in me, that they may be made perfect in ONE…” (John 17:22,23).
Your lack of this knowledge and/or lack of faith is the reason for your
inability to feel this connectedness. And, your inability to feel this connectedness
gives rise to the deception of separation, from yourself, from God, and from
other white people around you. You then perceive yourself, consciously or
unconsciously, as an isolated fragment. Negativity (fear) arises, and conflicts
within and without become commonplace.
The greatest obstacle to experiencing the reality of your connectedness is
identification with your mind (carnal self), which causes thought to become
compulsive. Not to be able to stop thinking is a dreadful affliction, but we don’t
realize this because almost everybody is suffering from it, so it is considered
normal. If you will notice, your mind is always busy. You are always thinking
thoughts and seeing mental pictures. You are thinking about the past or trying to
foresee the future. You are often day-dreaming. This incessant mental noise and
activity prevents you from finding that realm of inner stillness that is inseparable
from Yahweh’s Being. It also energizes the mind of the natural/physical self
(Carnal Man) that casts a shadow of fear and suffering.
Identification with your mind creates an opaque screen of concepts, labels,
images, words, judgments, and definitions that blocks out important things; like
relationships. It comes between you and yourself, between you and your fellow
man, between you and creation, and between you and Yahweh. It is this screen
of thought that creates the deception of separateness, the illusion that there is you
and a totally separate “other.” You then forget the essential fact that, underneath
the level of physical appearances and separate forms, you are one with other
Adamites and Yahweh in Spirit.
“Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself
against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity EVERY THOUGHT
to the obedience of Christ” (2 Cor. 10:5).
“TAKE NO THOUGHT for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall
drink; nor yet for your body” (Matt. 6:25).
“But when they deliver you up, TAKE NO THOUGHT how or what ye
shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak”
“DO NOT BE ANXIOUS ABOUT ANYTHING, but in EVERY situation,
by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. AND
the PEACE OF GOD, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts
and YOUR MINDS in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 4:6,7).
“When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight
my soul” (Psalm 94:19).
“take no thought for tomorrow, for tomorrow will take care of itself” (Matt.
“Cast all your cares on him because he cares for you” (1 Peter 5:7).
The mind is a practical instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however,
it becomes very destructive. To put it more accurately, it is not so much that you
use your mind wrongly — you usually don’t use it. It uses you. This is the
disease. You believe that you are your mind. This is a delusion. The instrument
has taken you over. Its almost as if you were possessed without knowing it, and
so you take the possessing entity to be yourself. You are NOT your mind and
body. You are Spirit Being inside of a body with a brain and a mind.
Plato said, “Man is a god dwelling in an animal body.” All flesh comes
from the dust of the ground. Adam was formed from dirt and became flesh.
Christ became flesh. There are different kinds of flesh, yet flesh is still flesh.
What makes Adam, Christ, and you special, is the Breath/Spirit of God inside
you. Or, more accurately; You are Spirit/Breath from God and you inhabit flesh.
The body you are temporarily housed in, is a vehicle. It is a set of clothes. My
friend calls it a “meat-suit”. Animals and other races are only flesh. They do not
have God’s Spirit. Some have evil spirits in them, but the only flesh that Yahweh
God will inhabit is the ones He created for that purpose, which are the white
descendants of Adam and Eve. The other races are a high order of animal
or a mongrelization – a mixture of man and/or animal with fallen angels/evil spirits.
This explains why most violent crime is commited by jews, blacks, hispanics,
and others. They have animal instincts and uncontrollable impulses
and compulsions, and some have demons. Meanwhile, most genuine or full-blooded whites have varying
degrees of love, compassion, empathy, and self-control.
“Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is
liberty” (2 Cor. 3:17).
THE BEGINNING OF FREEDOM is the realization that you are not the
natural man. You are not your mind. You are not — the thinker. Knowing this
enables you to observe your thoughts. The moment you start watching the
thinker, a higher level of consciousness becomes activated.
You then begin to realize that there is a vast heavenly realm of intelligence
beyond thought, that thought is only a tiny aspect of that intelligence. You also
realize that all the things that truly matter — beauty, love, creativity, joy, inner
peace — arise from beyond the mind. You begin to awaken. “Awake thou that
sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light” (Ephesians
Circumstances in life do NOT cause your suffering. Your thoughts about
those circumstances cause your suffering. The good news is that you can free
yourself from your mind. This is the only true liberation. You can take the first
step right now.
START LISTENING TO THE VOICE/THOUGHTS IN YOUR HEAD as
often as you can. Pay particular attention to any repetitive thought patterns, those
old recordings that have been playing in your head over and over again, perhaps
for many years.
This is what I mean by “watching the thinker,” which is another way of
saying: Listen to the voice in your head, be there as the witnessing presence.
When you listen to that voice, listen to it impartially. That is to say, do not
judge. Do not judge or condemn what you hear, for doing so would mean that
the same voice has come in again through the back door. You’ll soon realize:
There is the voice, and here I am listening to it, watching it. This realization, this
sense of your own presence, is not a thought. It arises from beyond the mind.
So when you listen to a thought, you are aware not only of the thought but
also of yourself as the witness of the thought. This is realizing your own spirit or
your true self.
AS YOU LISTEN TO THE THOUGHT, you feel a conscious presence —
Spirit — behind or underneath the thought, as it were. The thought then loses its
power over you and quickly subsides, because you are no longer energizing the
mind through identification with it. This is the beginning of the end of
involuntary and compulsive thinking.
When a thought subsides, you experience a discontinuity in the mental
stream — a gap of “no-thought.” At first, the gaps will be short, a few seconds
perhaps, but gradually they will become longer. When these gaps occur, you feel
a certain stillness and peace inside you. This is the beginning of your natural
spiritual state of felt oneness with your Creator, which is usually obscured by the
With practice, the sense of stillness and peace will deepen. In fact, there is
no end to its depth. You will also feel a subtle emanation of joy arising from
deep within: the joy of Being – “the joy of the LORD, which is your strength”
In this state of inner connectedness, you are much more alert, more awake
than in the mind-identified state. You are fully present. It also brings the
energy/the anointing that gives life to the physical body. To be in the Now – the
Present Moment, is to be OUT of time and IN the Eternal Realm. This is where
God is. To find God, look for Him in the Now. “If I go and prepare a place for
you, I will come again and receive you to Myself, that where I am, [IN THE
NOW] there you may be also” (John 14:3).
As you go more deeply into this realm of no thought, you realize the state
of pure consciousness/Being. In that state, you feel your own presence with such
intensity and such joy that all thinking, all emotions, your physical body, as well
as the whole external world become relatively insignificant in comparison to it.
And yet this is not a selfish but a selfless state. It takes you beyond what you
previously thought of as “your self.” That presence is essentially you and at the
same time greater than you, because it is the substance of Yahweh’s Being.
Oneness with God. Atonement = at-one-ment.
INSTEAD OF “WATCHING THE THINKER,” you can also create a gap
in the mind stream simply by directing the focus of your attention into the Now.
Just become intensely conscious of the present moment. Be still and know.
Know that He is God and you are His son – of His spiritual DNA. YHVH is the I
AM. Again, He is in the eternal realm. He is ever-present. When you are in the
Now, you are in the eternal realm where God is.
This is a deeply satisfying thing to do – focusing your complete attention
into the Now. In this way, you draw consciousness away from mind activity and
create a gap of no-thought in which you are highly alert and aware but not
IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE, you can practice this by taking any routine
activity that normally is only a means to an end and giving it your fullest
attention, so that it becomes an end in itself. For example, every time you walk
up and down the stairs pay close attention to every step, every movement, even
your breathing. Notice the feel of your weight on your feet. Be totally present.
Or when you wash your hands, pay attention to all the sense perceptions
associated with the activity: the sound and feel of the water, the movement of
your hands, the scent of the soap, and so on. Be present.
Or try my personal favorite, which is focusing your attention on your hand.
You might start with your pinky finger and just feel it. As you concentrate on it,
you will begin to feel a tingling sensation. Now try the next finger and the next
until you get to your thumb. Then become aware of the feeling – the tingling of
your entire hand. You are Now experiencing the Present Moment.
Stop “multi-tasking”. That’s just a concept invented by jews in order to get
one employee to do the work of five. When possible, do one thing and one thing
only at a time. For example, don’t eat dinner in front of the television. If you’re
eating alone, turn off the tv. Just be fully present as you eat your meal. Notice the
smell of the food. Fully enjoy the taste without distraction. Notice the sound of
your chewing and the feel of the food against your teeth, tongue, and gums. You
can do this with any activity: brushing your teeth or getting dressed. The
possibilities are limitless.
If you catch yourself thinking random thoughts, don’t get frustrated. Simply
watch them pass by like watching the clouds go by in the sky. Return your focus
to the Present Moment again. The more you practice, the less your thoughts will
interrupt, and the easier it becomes. And, the joy and peace you experience will
Yahweh God, our Father, created us, so that He could experience His
creation through us. Yahweh and you (as One) can only experience creation together IN
THE PRESENT MOMENT. Your carnal mind’s thoughts are constantly on
things that are in the past or the future. Your carnal mind is constantly re-living
or regretting the past or being anxious or anticipating the future. STOP IT! Focus
your complete attention on the Now. Focus on the Present Moment. Focus on the
Eternal Realm where the I AM dwells. I AM means I AM right NOW!
The single most vital step on your journey forward in spiritual freedom is
this: Learn to dis-identify from your natural mind. Every time you create a gap
in the thought-stream, the light of your consciousness grows stronger. Your spirit
becomes more vibrant and you feel closer to God because you are present with
God. “Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you
sinners, and purify your hearts, you DOUBLE-MINDED” (James 4:8).
At some point, you will catch yourself smiling at the thinker’s thoughts in
your head, as you would smile at the antics of a child. This means that you no
longer take the content of your carnal mind all that seriously, as your sense of
self (spirit) – your true self, does not depend on it. You will be grateful for this
discovery and you will experience that joy and peace so often mentioned in the
Scriptures. This experience is the will of God. As long as you are experiencing
the Now – the Present Moment, without random thoughts in your earthly mind,
you are not only dwelling in Yahweh’s Presence, you are allowing Yahweh to
experience the Heavenly and the Earthly realms simultaneously in and with you.
And you are enjoying a genuine, tangible, shared experience with your Father –
the Creator of all that is.
Don’t over-think this or analyze it away. This is a simple but profound
spiritual experience. Remember, “…the natural man receiveth not the things of
the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them,
because they are spiritually discerned” (1 Cor. 2:14). And, If you don’t quite get it,
don’t worry. Just put it on the shelf for another time.
If you are afraid that it sounds too much like “Buddhism” or meditation, relax.
Don’t get hung up over words and concepts. Actually, experiencing the present moment is the
very essence of meditation, but it isn’t for Buddhist monks, it’s for God’s Aryan race.
I pray that you will practice this teaching often. I’m
certain that you will enjoy it tremendously, and it will make a very positive
difference in your life. Enjoy. Yahweh bless.
